aku & kurus

wawawawa,,sadis sey..
korang nk tau x...
pttnyer lps pose kite kuwus lah o turun lah baper kilo kn..
tapi makcik x turun pn..
makin naik adelah..
yg paling2 x blh diterima ilh dn apebila (ayat x leh thn..heheh)
geng2 ku menegurku..
geng2ku: weii lyd
makcik: ape?geng2ku: nape ko makin bulat...masa sblm pose aritu ok kot..
makcik: wawawa..yeke?....alahai..mcm mn ni?

wah..sgt sadis ooo..mcm mn ni...

makcik nk kuwus gak..
tp mcm mn yer...nk tetap kn matlamat lah...

MATLAMATKU UTK KURUS
1. joging pagi2...
6.30am-7am...

2. makan diwaktu pagi7am

3. tidak akan makan tgh ari kecuali btl2 kelaparan4. mkn mlm sblm mlm..
6pm

5.minum air putih bnyk2
9 gelas sehari..
6. bersenam setiap mlm
9.30pm-10pm..

7. x kn mkn mknan yg berminyak

8. minum 1 gelas air manis sehari!!!
9. x kn mengumpat org (mungkin ini slh 1 penyebab kegemukan)...
10. hidup mesti appy!!!

target ini kutetapkn sehingga 13/10/2010

harap berat ku yg skunk 60kg-70kg..akn menurun kepada 50kg-60 kg..

whahahhaha...cayokkk...its gonna be to late if we start today than never start everything.....

tp kalo x dpt..mcm ni pn blh lah..
